Dealing with Hard Times
Most of us had a hard time one or the other day.At that time you might not be mature enough to handle that situation or might be in a traumatized state.Breaking the things around you,blaming yourself or yelling at others will not solve your problem.Later this can make you feel less valued and will make you hate yourself.
A Smart Person never makes the same mistake,Right?.Rather he/she makes a new version of himself/herself learning from that mistake or any kind of situation.So here are few tips that will help to survive in those hard times.
1)Write your thoughts down on a paper.This will make you feel emotion release.Write in whichever language you are comfortable with.
2)Get an emotional support to share your feelings.Burst out with your thoughts that are driving you crazy.
3)Oftenly people listen to sad songs but do opposite of it,listen to rocking songs or EDM's(everyone's favourite I guess).
4)Try to put on or get positive vibes.I will suggest you to meditate for few minutes.This will help you release out your unwanted vibrations and will sort your thoughts.
5)Try not be alone,this might can get you in a depression state.This is why we get to hear about the suicide cases.
This are my few success mantras to survive in hard times.I hope you will try this out in case of your hard times.
